Thanks for the thought. Working in Saudi for 21 years taught me plenty about the heat. If I had to be at the site at seven in the morning I would get up at 4:00 in the morning to start consuming fluids before getting out in the heat. In heat that would range from 105 to 120 those of us outside would consume literally gallons of water a day. We fished at night there but would do 36 holes of golf walking on weekends. But I left there in 2001....little bit older now...LOL. One thing you remind me of that I don't do is faithfully use sunscreen. You are right...I do need to use it everyday. Getting ready to hit a lake somewhere now and your post hit home to put it on before heading out and keep reapplying...thanks.
