Default Stones river

Hit the water from 7 to 10 in the yak and came home with 8 nice keepers.Wind started pickn up,just too hard tryin to stay over structure with the yak.A good anchor might be on santa list.Red/chart cm was the ticket today.Prolly caught 20 to get those few keepers.Had grilled venison and cajun crappie fer supper.Hedn back home near pickwick thurs/fri,maybe find a little time to wet a line.

Default Thanks for sharing!!!

The crappie tacos were great!!! You've bout made me a believer in the "yak". I'm starting to look hard and hope to be in one this spring. Between you and following Alphahawk's posts about Pickwick, I am READY. Shared all of Alpha's info to Mitzi's uncle Nelson. I believe his gonna start fishing pretty soon.

*Learn how to turn those pics the right way...LOL.
