Smile Great day on Caney and very courteous canoers 9/12

Tried my new technique with my T M's and was able to net 81 nice trout.
Was using the 9' rod along with 2 lb SOS line and floro.
The 9' Serenity Rod from T M along with the new micro wave guides has really increased the distance of cast and the ability to be accurate with the cast.
Just wish I could spend more time on the Caney.
I want to give a big thanks to how nice all the folks were in kayaks and canoes. Most went behind and if they had to go in front the apologized. It is nice to share the river with folks like that.

My wife and I floated by you on kayaks yesterday. That was me who stopped and chatted with you for a minute. Now I know your secret hotspot!

I sure did miss the beauty of that river, truly God's handywork out that way. I'll be back soon and make it more of a fishing trip. Yesterday was mostly relaxing and having fun with our dog.

Jimmy,
My hearing and vision is not the best.Forgive me for not responding as I should have.
Had a great day catching.Mostly small ones but a few nice slot RB's.
Got 54 in less than three hours.
My new technique did not work though.Went back to the old tried and true method.
