Default Old Hickory Lake fishing report 8/7/2014

Another great day on the water with a great friend MR. ED LANE. We started off by MR. ED catching the first fish on a twister grub and then I caught a small bass on a June bug lizard power bait all in shallow water. I took a picture of a father and daughter enjoying a fun day of fishing on the bank then I caught another bass on that same bait but a little bigger and had to cut my line to save it from dying because it was to deep to remove. Then MR. ED caught a really nice white bass and he gave it to me for dinner tomorrow. The water temperature was 79.2 in the morning with light winds and the shad fingerlings are still in the cove ,so till the next tmie out good luck fishing and GOD BLESS .............WOODY P.S. The last two bass on the video are from today. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=...39249974314870

Need to see the mouth to be sure, but that looks a lot like a striper, not a white bass. 15" min for stripe instead of no size requirement for white bass.
