Smile Update: Freedom to Fish Act. <'TK><

A note from Rick Duty ...

Now with a title befitting the lengthy process, “The Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014” (I remember when it was 2013), was presented by the Clerk of the House to the Office of the President for his signature on Tuesday. Important to us, is section 2058, which contains the language essentially extending the Freedom to Fish Act. Now, if he’d just come home, the President can sign the thing. Otherwise, it becomes law without his input, one week from today.
