Default Old Hickory lake report Sunday 25th

Headed out today looking forward to using my HDS 7 touch. I've had it for about a month and it's been awesome. But been teaching myself with YouTube, doctor sonar etc. so it seems like I've had it longer than a month. We Started in cedar creek grass as we fished a little bit in the rain. This rage shad is the best through that grass!! then we were in 20 feet of water off a Creek-channel bend marking schools of fish on both down scan and side scan. This is been a very good spot for me in the past. Ended up being white bass so we got in those for a while. Also added about three largemouth bass in the mix. Was using my cranking stick with DT 10 and 6X D's. The fish were from 6 feet down 20 feet. Then to cages bend fishing brush and more brush. A few more bass and then this nice 14.5 crappie on a DT 10. Great day on the water with a good friend.

Nice Crappie, sounds like a great day. Dr. Sonar and You Tube are great places to learn about using sonar.

Just bought the HDS Touch this weekend. Still hooking up the Transducers today. Would love a link to some good Youtube Videos that might give me a jumpstart. Thanks...

You will love it. There is a lot of YouTube Doctor sonar videos. I would just Google it and start watching. Let Me know if you have questions.

Doctor Sonar sells lessons. This is the link to what I think you are looking for. But I suspect you can find everything that is in the DVD on youtube for free.
