Default Gsp???

Has anyone fished the GSP lately? I haven't heard a word from anybody fishing there since the outing for Mike's charity event.

Been thinking about going up there for some tilapia.

I was just thinking the same thing. I had tilapia for the first time a few weeks back and it was great. Thought I'd head to GSP to stock up.

If you go please report.

goreds.king Was it fresh tilapia? I am not a fan of tilapia, but went to the steam plant last year and kept 6-8, I fileted them and they were the best Tilapia I had eaten.

With the water temps on the rise they may disburse

I believe the Tilapia being stacked up in there is a wintertime thing only since they can't handle the cold water temps in the other parts of the lake. If not, I'd like to get my yak out there one weekend and try. They sure are delicious!

I fished the steam plant on Saturday for a couple of hours, but I didn't catch anything. Was fishing with minnows, crappie jigs, and crankbaits. I didn't go all the way up to the barrier, but there was 1 person fishing on it. I didn't see him land any.
