Default Bluegill fishing for lunch.

Spent a short lunch at my old gill hole. Caught several on black/red trout magnet under float on 2lb test. Ended up with a couple nice ones. A 9.5"er and a 9"er.

Very nice fish! I have out of state guests coming and hope they just want to stay for dinner so I can get back to my fishing...LOL. Love those Gills.

LoL, i know the feeling. I like catching them too and will take the fly rod next trip. Its getting close to that shellcracker time.
