JPP 4-12-14 Wading Report

Went fishing today from 3:30-7:00. Everything was caught on 3/32 blue/chartreuse jig with 4lb. test. Caught 21 crappie, 30+ yellow stripe, and 30+ white bass. I did keep all the crappie and 5 of the larger yellow stripe (10"). Last 3 fishing trips, I have not a crappie under 10". Every one been running 11-13". Today again mostly females, but there were a few males in the total. Tomorrow should also be a great day to fish.

Nice work. I only stayed 2 hours but I got 15 keepers. Thats weird about you not catching smaller crappie. I caught 43 small crappie.
