He about pulled a Gilligan and went on a 3 hour tour! LOL. That would be wild!
looked like he had one of those paddle kayaks with the foot pedals...is that what i saw?

TNBronzeback, you are correct, that's a Hobie Revolution.

That looked like quite a sleigh ride, and from and 11' Hammerhead. Now that's ballsy.

We go down to Florida and fish saltwater a few times a year. The second year with the kayak we met a retired State Trooper from Georgia that kayak fish's. He caught a 70-80lb sailfish and it pulled him for more than a mile. I did my best to keep up with him while he landed it.
