Default White bass on JPP.

First off, I would like to thank Issac for showing me the spot I caught all my fish at today. I went out today and caught my limit on white bass, one hybrid and two yellows. Just about every fish was on a rooster tail, i caught one fish on a road runner. I wish I had pictures but all they are now are filets. Fish fry to follow soon. I plan on getting back out and catching more, I like having fish in the freezer. BTW when you shave the red streak out of the white bass you get a nice looking filet.

Congrats on the catch. I'm starting to think Isaac is the JPP fishing guru!

Definitely going to fish with him some this coming year.

I'm going to let him teach this old dog some new tricks!

I am beginning to think that Isaac is actually a seasoned guide and is using his kid's picture to sucker us.

Well all I did was just stumble up on that spot and some fish. The rooster tail sure did work better than the tube jig today. It was nice to meet you today.

Thumbs up

It's nice to see an adult listening to a kid's advice...it shows the willingness of members to help each other and, more importantly, the willingness of members to listen to another person, regardless of age, background, etc

It sure is. I was fishing at JPP Dam this afternoon with my son and met "Hali" from this forum. A really great guy.

Only 2 bows from the the east side. Didn't have much time to fish. Caught on white TM twitched. They are moving a lot of water thru right now. Did see quite a few gulls circling the generator side.

Yep all my pleasure to meet you two fellows.

I tossed a few jigs and even minnows but got nothing but man it was really great to not be at work and be there on (next too) the water fish or no fish.

That's a long drive for me to throw fish over the damn at you guys. Plus my shoulder is still sore so I don't know how effective it would be.
