I recently ordered some of their spinnerbait kits and storage boxes. Today I got an email saying it was shipped to my old address so I called to see what could be done. They realized it was their mistake because I did correctly enter my shipping information and, without concern of if and/or when they'd get the merchandise back from the person at my old apartment, Shawn said he'd get another order put together and ship it out to me. That crew over there really is awesome and customer service like this is one of the reasons.
I was able to get in contact with the person who lives there now and he said he'd decline the package. He's a fisherman so who knows if he actually will haha.
