Thumbs up old hickory lake fishing report 11/21/2013

I went out this morning looking for LM bass and found a real nice smallie that was 4.6 lbs and was 20 1/4". I found it trolling a #5 shad rap in 10' of water on the point in the mouth of the cove just down from lock 3 ramp. I release the smallie for someone else to catch later. So if you get a chance to get out fishing good luck and GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS AND THEIR FAMILIES.................WOODY

I am still in search of my first since moving here early this year.
I plan to hit the cumberland river in the city soon to hopefully get one.

Beautiful fish Woody!

If I wasn't referring flag football games Sunday I'd tag along with you. I wouldn't know where to start unless I caught one on accident.
