Default reel cleaning

Hello I been a member awhile now. But have not posted.
So here my question. Where can I take some reels to be cleaned and check out? In the Wilson, Smith or DeKalb ? Or Have someone to show me how to clean And oil them. They are cheap reels. 2 baitcasting and a few spinning reels. I am working on upgrade my tackle gear.
Thanks tennesseekeith
