Default JPP 11-3 and 11-4

I fished Priest the last two mornings out of Long Hunter but don't have a fish to show for it. It was pretty foggy and windy yesterday with bluebird skies. Today was a little calmer but still pretty chilly. Spent most of my time trolling various cranks exploring new areas. I was hoping to get into some hybrids but never really saw any signs of them and didn't mark much on the graph either. Am I fishing the wrong part of the lake for this time of year? I've been traveling for the last month and feel pretty out of touch with what the fish are up to.

They still get into the jumps in Priest this time of year or is that pretty much wrapped up?

Thanks!

-Alex

Hey Alex. Stinks you did not catch any fish. I was thinking of heading out this Saturday morning to see if I could find some hybrids or stripe up around 4 corners. I have not fished for them in years but when I did that is where I found them in the fall. If you get out again this week good luck.

If your trolling crankbaits then chances are your fishing to deep. We had 17 keepers there last weekend fishing brush in 2-8 ft. With the falling water they may be anywhere from one day to another.

Thanks Hick!

Jon - I'm probably gonna get out thurs and fri morning. Think I'm heading up river a bit. Gonna try to put a backpack on and get some camping in this weekend but if that falls through we should get out.
