Default My new Kayak

Well I bit the bullet and got on board with a kayak. The wife said to tell all the kayak guys that inspired me to kiss her A@@..lol..HaHa. I demo'd the Ride 115X and loved it. I have never sat in a Kayak before. I went down to Hook 1 today to see what colors of the 115X came in and all the colors I wanted were spoken for. I ended up with a Ride 135.

Very nice. I have the 115 Ride and also loved the 115 X. Gonna hang on to what I have for a while though.

Congratulations, it's pimped out nicely. That's my favorite kayak, and it's pimped out nicely. Your wife will get over it, you ought to invite her out she may like it. Only downside to that is two of everything. I'm glad my wife isn't into mid to high end and Japaneese baitcasters like me and is ok with Stradics.

Nice! You're gonna love it. I love my Ride 115. When I got it my wife's exact words were "Oh goodness... I'll never see you again" haha. Speaking of inviting your wife along, I'm gonna try that in mine one day. She can sit in front of me and lean back. I think we can do that comfortably for a couple hours and I'll be able to fish.

You should have seen the look I gave her when she suggested we get on the kayak but I don't bring any fishing gear so I'd pay more attention to her. Get on a Ride 115, early evening, on JPP and NOT bring fishing gear? Who does that???

Yeah, but she has a couple Sustains which are expensive enough, and I throw some JDM Diawa's, and Shimano Cores. Just saying I'm glad she's not requesting any more Sustain's, or not into the Core's, or JDM stuff.
