Default Spotted bass?

I think these are spotted, caught in a local creek yesterday. Bold lateral line and the spots underneath combined with jaw size. Any input folks?

On a Spot the jaw does not extend beyond the eye....plus a Spot will always have a tooth patch. Large mouth....even though it is rare.....can have a tooth patch. A large mouth jaw extends past the eye. It can be very difficult at times if one just goes by the color or marking on the body. Just check for tooth patch....then make sure jaw does not extend past eye....then it is a Spot.
