I have 2 Elite 5 DSI GPS, 2 Elite 4 DSI GPS, and one Mark 4 DSI GPS units. For the bang for the buck I don't think they can be beat. Amazing structure detail, Bait balls and even fish attacking those bait balls. I have never used or even looked at an HDS unit just because I can't afford that kinda unit. I have my units on 3 different boats and can simply swap them around to which ever I want to use since the mounts and transducers are all the same. 2 of my boats also still have an older 2D unit but I seldom even turn them on because the DSI is just fun to watch!
