Bank fishing Cordell Hull dam

Does anybody know if they have opened bank access below Cordell Hull dam. They had it closed reparing the flood damage

last time I was down there back in march. they only had the side that they where working on closed. the lock side was open to bank fishing. but I would call before I headed down there. unless you are close by. I am not.

Still blocked at the entrance on the turkey creek/generator side. Went over yesterday after work hoping to see it was opened back up

Talked to corps the other day said they were waiting on a inspector for the bluff and the pavers are not finished they didnt give a set date to when they would get done other than they was hoping within 3 weeks or so
