Default Mona Landing and East Fork Stones River

Whats some of the history on the Stones? I like to go in at the Mona Landing but haven't really figured it out. I did learn a lesson on retying with a really nice LM using a Texas Rig and Plastic Crawler. Other than that day its been almost a guaranteed skunk.

Whats the story?

I put in at Mona and run upriver as far as possible in the spring for white bass and the fishing is usually good during their spawn. After the spawn, I never go back. There may be other good fishing there but I never try it.
