Trout Magnet Colors
Hey guys....need some suggestions for new Trout and Crappie Magnet colors. Now just because someone suggests a color does not mean it will be made....I am sure there will be lots of suggestions and no way to make them all. The owner....Jeff Smith......asked me to poll the forum to get some ideas. I am wanting Killer Klatt in a Trout Magnet and water melon seed in Trout and Crappie Magnet. I will be handing out some Trout Magnet stuff at the gathering. I don't know what that will be or how much but I think it will be pretty good. Going to hopefully have same for everyone that comes to gathering.
Regards

I don't believe they have a pearl color. I'd like to see that.

Also would like to see half purple/half chartreuse in TM model. I have starting use this color CM with a TM jig head it works great for creeks and with the larger body I can get further casting distance. Still experimenting with twitching it and learning g fall rate.

I do not know all the colors since they are difficult to find in stores. I would like to see a brown CM. This has been excellent color in the TM.
Jeff must be a great guy to listen to the average fisherman's desires.

Head on over to Troutmagnet.com. You will see all the color options including some Internet only colors. There is a very large selection of colors.

I would like a pearl body w/ black pepper specs and pink split tail in both TM & CM. it's a great color combo on KY and Barkley lakes.

I have looked. Could not find brown CM.
BTW, Creeksmallie said he was going to introduce us. I look forward to it.

Not yet. For various reasons......as I am sure you have noticed from my lack of posts....have not fished as much as normal. But going to try to get to Pickwick on Friday and test them out.

I would like to see green pumpkin or green pumpkin with purple flecks. It is a great Old Hickory bass color and the sunfish never stop biting my bass plastics.
So far for me, any of the darker colors have worked very well on Old Hickory. Bison, red/black, brown, purple all get bites. The light colors have not been very good, but they did work well on trout. It is a fun way to fish.
