Default Bouys below OH
As of today at 10 AM, there are NO BOUYS below Old Hickory dam.

I was wondering if they'd stop releasing water just to put the buoys in.

From what I'm reading from the legislative side of things, they won't be putting any more up. Maybe signage/warnings, but no more "restricted" buoys.
