Default Buoy at jpp dam
I was below the dam this AM and there is a RESTRICTED buoy just below the dam.

Workers were also putting up a new sign at the top of the steps on the generator side of the river.

That buoy will be laying on the dry river bed more then it'll be floating. That buoy would look good in someone's man cave!
