Thumbs up Winning an Inch at a Time RADUTY

Signs that the campaign is working:

As of a flash dated April 25, the USACE Nashville District web site has updated the aerial photo-diagrams, and associated map legend of the 10 embattled dams. Gone, are any reference to those “Property Lines” that had been boldly included in yellow.

You have to believe that including the link to those “Property Line” web pages in so many of our e-correspondences, had to prompt some well-meaning folks in high places to add another layer of questioning and subsequent pressure.

This is what I was talking about in the other thread. A little sign of progress will go a long way.

Thanks for the update TK.

I saw from Doug Markhams facebook page that the COE released a statement saying that they are working with TWRA and Kentucky's wildlife agency to enforce the barricades. This is an obvious lie as TWRA is very much against this and has stated they will not be enforcing it. That DeLapp is quite a character.
