Default Center Hill Dam

Hi - heading up to the dam for the first time tomorrow with my boys. Which side are the 'steps' on - the Buffalo Valley rec side or Long Branch rec side? Looks like two generators scheduled for tomorrow. Planning on some spoons and roster tails. May even have to try the trout magnets, although no bison colored in my box from what i read that's the color. Two generators too much for TM? Thanx so much and hope to post a couple of pix tomorrow night.

the steps are on the long branch side of the damn.

i would think that even one generator would be too much for a TM. unless you added lots of weight to keep it down. spoons and roostertails with what i would try out .

The steps are on the West, southwest side of the river. Not sure if that is buffalo or long branch. Heavy roosters, spoons, small swimbaits, suspending jerkbaits(huskyjerk, rattlin rogue) all can get action. 2 gens is way to much for trout magnets. They pretty much only work on no gens. Good luck!

Fished there today caught a few crappie below waterfalls. No seagulls at the Dam. Went down to the Pulloffs and got into some brooks and rainbows. Caught on Rappala vibrax minnows.

TM is not a heavy water bait. I wish I could make it one but have tried with not much success.

no go on the fish today but was worth the drive. Definitely will head that way again - but maybe without 2 generators next time.
