I have checked, and Senate Bill, S 421, and House Bill, HR 826, are both up
on www.govtrack.us. It's too early to really track anything yet, but you
can register with the tracking service of your choice and prompt automatic
Email updates.

It will be interesting to see which committee(s) the bills are referred to,
and who the players are.
