Default Any luck from the bank?

I usually don't fish too much in the colder months cause I'm mainly a bank fisherman, but I can't take it any longer! Went out yesterday, kind of a last minute thing, and didn't catch or even see a fish. Caught a baby water snake, which I found very strange.. But has anybody had any luck from the bank anywhere? I think I'm gonna go to some of my ponds today that I go to and hopefully ill atleast see something. I know Crappie are big in the winter months but I've never really targeted them.

Since you're in Hendersonville you're not too far from the Old Hickory Dam tailwaters. There's tons of bank access and you can catch just about anything down there if you're there at the right time. Other times it's slow. Give it a shot.
