Default JPP Dam

I have to drive across the dam up to 4x/day sometimes. Today and yesterday mid morning - the gulls were having a buffet down in the tailwaters! Unfortunetely have been spending my avail time remodeling my front room at the house This morning was drywall BUT tomorrow morning will be on the bank!
