Smile To All A Merry Christmas <'TK><

From the three of us ..Myself , Brian, (bd) Our Webmaster Danny Robinson ... We wish all of you a Merry Christmas and joyful Holiday .. Please remember those that are less fortunate and do all you can this Christmas ..

Also in your prayers please remember the Newtown, Conn Community ... I really feel for these people .. especially this time of year ...

With the thousands plus legitimate members, thousands plus posts and threads ... FishingTN.com is one of the top Search Engine Fishing websites in the State thanks to it's membership and activity ... ...

With that said we have thousands of long time members who visit (about 60%) who never post ... Shame on them ... We need your input ... If it is a beginner question or a senior who has been fishing longer than me , We need input from everyone, Knowledge from experience ...(You can only learn from the past, not the Future) ... Everone can learn and There are no Dumb questions ... So please feel free to join in ... You will find a Chest full of helpful answers from our "Active Members" ...

I want to thank all of the folks who participated in the 'Gathering" this year ... and hopefully someone will jump in and Champion the 2013 "Gathering" .. It was a real success ... Thanks to the Committee this year they did a great job, And to our Web man is the designated Grill Master Chef !! Danny Robinson ... YUM, YUM ... and Jim to provide fresh Catfish ... OOOHHHH !!

All and all with recent political, economic, diversities that we have had this past year ... The Sports Lounge was a good place to vent ... And I guess our site is a good place to do it ... Atleast it is in the family ... everyone has an opinion that should be respected ..

Spammers has really Generated a lot of stuff recently ... about 200 per day ... bd and I go through them frequently ... and really they are not hard to pick out ... The legit folks need to fill out all questions to help us pick out the real ones in a scan ... Most of the time Gmail is a give away ... or scrambled Latin ... So for a user name new folks ... Keep it colloquial that can be recognized, (example .. bobber, perchjerker, TNtitans, FishTN, Gillman, etc ... Not.. Jtl123)

Well, I am sorry for what started out as somewhat a Christmas Card ... ended in an end of year summary ... Alpha please keep in touch with the Knee next month ... My wife has her's done the 17th ... So I'll be a bed side nurse for a while ... Which is really a blessing ... She has been taking care of me for 48 years ...

So to all ... Thank you for your internet fellowship, your participation ... But the Bottom Line is .... FISHING IS GOOD FOR ALL MANKIND !!! ... KEEP IT UP ....... And Merry Christmas !!! <'TK><

Merry Christmas to you tk...and family. Wishing your wife the best for her surgery. Thanks for running a great forum. I would like to thank forum members who have offered to take me fishing...and also volunteer to take me to doctor or whatever is needed. That is pretty awesome! Some of the people I know and some I have never met. Wishing everyone on the forum a very Merry Christmas also. Looking forward to 2013 being the best fishing year ever...and the forum plays a big part in that!

Regards

Default Happy Holidays!

Merry Christmas to everyone. May this season and the new year be filled with peace, joy and prosperity for everyone.

I'm one of those members who visit this site everyday, but don't sign in every time I visit, and don't post much. This site has been such a blessing for fishing newbies and less experienced people like me. Thank you everyone!

Looking forward to 2013! Looking forward to owning a used boat next year (small enough that a Honda Odyssey can tow and that my family of four can ride) and making more trips to the lake, and above all, learning to fish from a boat. I'm watching 'equipment for sale' section for used boats, but don't know the ABCs of boating, so hesitant to make that move. I hope to make it to the gathering next year, meet and ride with fellow boat owning forum members and learn more about boats, before owning one.

Once again, wishing everyone the best of health and peace this season.

Merry Christmas to everyone here! This site is great; I'm on here every day to see what people are catching and how (really miss your posts, Alphahawk) and this "river newbie" has learned quite a bit since I signed up here and started asking questions.
