Technically, yes.

HOWEVER, with only a 260 lb weight capacity, you couldn't take much gear, and it's 25" width is not sufficient enough for me to chase old mr linesides below a dam. On priest, in calm water, with no other boats creating wakes, this folding kayak would work fine...until you have a 15 lb or better fish burn out line at a 90 degree angle. That might be enough to tip you.

That is pretty cool! It would be great for hiking in to remote spots that don't have boat access. Not too great on our bigger lakes.
