Default I need a fishing partner. I have boat!

I need a fishing partner. Not a tourney partner but someone who can go on Sat. or Sun for a few hours. The wife doesn't do cold weather and she has started working weekends. I have an 07' G3 that I keep in working shape. I would like to fish different lakes beside Percy Priest also if you know them. I also enjoy taking little ones if you have them. Would really like to learn how to catch crappie so if you know how to catch them I will get us there.

Default Just a couple of questions

I am 64 and looking to possibly looking to buying a boat or kayak for fishing. I don't know what a G3 is.

1. Do you have any interest in fly fishing?
2. Your age please? I am retired
3. Are you planning on fishing all winter? Most of my foul weater gear is gone and most of my tackle is collector stuff any more
4. Where are you located?

Thanks
ditz

I'm also 64, retired, looking for fishing partners.

Unfortunately, I was in a motorcycle accident two weeks ago and doc says I'll be laid up for 4-8 weeks.

So it looks like I won't be ready to fish for a while yet. But when I get able to stand in a boat and fish, I'll contact you.

I also have a boat that is sitting, ready to fish so we could swap out boats sometimes yours, sometimes mine. Whattya think?

Agelessone,

First off, I'm glad you're ok.

Secondly, I need your phone #, I somehow lost some of my contacts on my phone.

Lastly, are you going to want to hit the same spot we went to last winter ? I think it may be better this year due to more conducive weather.

Hey Chris,
I posted a reply a few hours ago, but I don't see it here.

I would like to hit those spots again as soon as I'm able to be up and about. Doc says 4-6 weeks before I'm to be allowed out.

I'll put my phone number in a PM as I wonder if that may have gotten my last message pulled, don't know.

Ray,

I'm mostly into bass and crappie. I'm 38 and I'm located in Murfreesboro. I would like to fish most of the year but my schedule doesn't allow as much as I would like. If you would like to just get out and enjoy a day of fishing then send me a message.

Agelessone,

If you would like to just sit around and catch some crappie I'm game. Just think fishing with a partner is more fun, my wife never believes me when I tell her I lost a biggun. Guess she knows me better than I thought. I hate to hear about your accident. I too, ride a motorcycle for the city of Murfreesboro. Just let me know when you would like to go. Hope you get better soon.
