Default Post Thunderstorm Bass?

Thinking about heading out on water sometime today. I was wondering, where do bass typically go after a thunderstorm, such as the one we had last night? Fish slow or aggressively? What type of baits?

Thanks in advance! Itching to get out, haven't gone fishing since I returned from Wisconsin two weeks ago. Went fishing on Lake Winnebago. Probably the hottest weather I've fished in! The temp was 100 degrees, humid, and very little wind. Only managed a 18" and a 21" walleye. Wanted to try for the Winnebago smallies, but the water temp was 87 degrees which is very warm for such a large, shallow lake. So I figured it'd be tough fishing for them, so I just focused on the 'eyes.

I haven't been to Old Hickory in a while due to fishing other places.

Since they haven't moved a lot of water recently, I'd look for some run off areas where some fresh water was coming into the creeks. Also, on the small lakes where I have been fishing they have been crazy over the fingerling shad so it may be that time on Old Hickory now.

Travis is on the money. Large numbers of bass are crashing schools of baby shad in most of the creek arms now.
