My bro in law and I caught 14 last Saturday night. We were trolling crankbaits from our kayaks in an area between between cooks and elm hill. Biggest were 24-25 inches long.

I was using Gizz 3's and my bro in law was trolling sz 9 shad raps.

They were thick over there about 3 weeks ago, but they will move on you. That being said, they will also come back, I would say sooner than later. They were starting to see a lot of pressure when I was catching them. Just when I was there, there was someone catching them from the bank, I was catching them off of that point to the right, and another boat was catching them right outside the boat ramp area. And just from reading on here, other people were moving in and out catching them as well. But they love that spot, so they will be back.

I hope they will be back. Last two weekends, no signs of hybrid at Seven Points. I was fishing from the bank.
