Default Good problem to have.

Went to Pickwick today to get some Gills for a fish fry Saturday. I had a spot picked out that I thought would be holding some chunks...and it did...but the problem was it was also holding Smallies...White Bass...and Large Mouth. Caught 8 Large Mouth all just about same size as in pic. Caught somewhere between 40 to 50 Small Mouth all in the same size range....12 to 13 inches. Had about 45 White Bass. All of the fish were caught on 2# test NanoFil using 2# test fluorocarbon leader. The lure was a 1/64 Trout Magnet in the Bison and Purple Redemption color. While the Gills will hit Purple Redemption I have found Small Mouth love that color in all the lakes I fish that have them. The Gills were really thick. When you are catching fish like today you don't even want to take time to stop and take any pics. All in all a great day. Have to go to doc to get the knees juiced up early AM then off to fish somewhere else. If anyone interested the Stripers are busting it around the generator intakes on the lake side at Pickwick. Quite a frenzy going on.

Regards

Alpha, you are the only fisherman I know that can't get to the gills for the bass. I am opposite.
Took a boat out last Wed to demo before purchasing and caught a few bass on the CM. Have been two more times and the pumpkin seeds hit the TM so much the bass can't get to it.
Fished till 1 am Wed morning and the CM also works at night.

I should note that the white/silver catches bass for me while the blue fleck and green/black gets pan fish.
This is fast becoming my favorite bait. Right behing the slider.

Yeah....love those Shell Crackers. I don't usually fish on the weekend but want to get back down there and may go back Sunday.
