Default Rod and Reel repair/cleaning

Is there anyone on here that cleans reels and repairs rods? I have about 4 baitcasters (1 bps, 1 abu garcia, 1 pfleuger, etc.) that I want to get cleaned and lubed and ready to go and I have never opened one up that I could actually get back together properly.

Also have a few rods that need eyelets re inserted into them. If anyone does this type of repair then please either PM me or call me and we'll talk price and time.

Thanks,
Justin

I'm interested in this too. If anyone knows of someone who does this in the Murfreesboro or Manchester area I'd love to know.

You can try Chuck Pippin (615-957-1949). I have not used him yet personally, but the folks at Murfreesboro Outdoors recommended him to me.

Back when I looked a couple years ago someone told me Flipper's in Gallatin had people that could do it.

Depending on where you are it may be worth checking out.

Are you talking guide re-placement on the rod or ceramic inserts in the guide?

There is a guy at Cumberland Transit downtown in the fly shop (Leo) that builds some really nice fly rods and I would imagine he has the tools/ability to replace guides. May be worth a call as well.

Here is a local guy Ryan Lampe http://www.bigsmallietackle.com/Hair_Jig/Home.html

He does maintence, repair, and supertuning on JDM and domestic reels. He also ties some great looking hair jigs.
