Took a drive over to Normandy today. Met up with a nice guy there that was on the forum at one time. Didn't catch many fish while he and I were talking as I was not paying too close attention to what I was doing. Did get into quite a few fish late in the afternoon but was hard to fish the Trout Magnet with that wind...the bow in 2# test line is not good with that light a lure. The trout there are all very healthy...some will go to the 15 inch range and are really fat....little footballs. That size fish is not common there. I don't know if they stocked some bigger tout there this year or not. It sure felt good to tie into some fish again though. Will hit it again tomorrow after PT.
