jon boat question?

My mother next door neighbors has a old jon down at there lake its a 12 foot flat bottom jon but it has a v front. I have never seen a jon like before been think seen if he would sell it but I am not sure what it would be worth it the guy who has it didn't turn it over so water has got in it. I was thinking about offing him 75 to 125 for it but I don't know thanks
