Default Can't post messages on new computer. help?

I recently got a new computer and it won't let me post messages in this forum. The box where you type your message is solid gray. I can still type in the box, but when I hit the submit button, the following message appears: The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your.message to at least 3 characters.

For the moment I can only send posts through my smartphone, which is a pain in the butt. Anyone have any idea what the problem is and how.to.fix it?

I had the Geek Squad work on mine a few months ago, and the same thing happened, so I just post on a different computer now. I'd be interested in hearing the fix also. It sounds like a security setting, but this forum is the only one I have the trouble with.

I've had the same issues from my computer.cell is the only way I can rely, I'm getting the same grey screen and same alert when I to to send or preview. One of the guys that works here tried to figure the problem out and couldn't get it to go. He didn't think it was from our end, but couldn't explain why others were not having the problem.

I wonder if it has to do with the system the computer is run on, Windows XP vs. Windows 7, etc.

You might also try using Google Chrome as a browser. Internet Explorer has gotten so loaded down with security junk that it plays havoc with a lot of innocent sites, like this one.

Firefox. The only way to fly & surf. Internet Explorer is complete junk and in particular, IE9 is horrible. First thing I did on my hot new Windows 7 laptop was to download Firefox.
