It's a walleye or a sandwich by now... The white tip on its tail gives it away..

Nice fish.

Definitely walleye as previously said sauger don't have the white tip. Plus those bars on the top of the walleye's back are more darker and extend all the way down on a sauger.

Smile All are correct !!

A couple of more key give aways ... sauger are more cylindrical where Eye's are flatter ... also the Sauger camo sides are more splotchy (Random) Eye's are more defined ... <'TK><

Thanks for the info, I'm not good with the toothy critters. It weighed almost seven pounds and was caught on Old Hickory 12/13.
