Default Stones River - 10/23

Had a great day out on the water with a couple of buddies from another forum. Caught a couple of nice fish.

The weather was good, and the water was like glass so it was a really nice trip.

Is that what below the Dam looks like or was it on the other end of Percy?

I have only be up as far as my big boat would go from the Cumby.

Nice fishes, the water looks really good.

We put in at the Mona Recreation Area ramp, so it was a ways up into the Stones.... No real crappie fishing. I put a crappie rig on for about 20 minutes during one of the slow times, but no luck. I don't ever really crappie fish though, so I don't know what I'm doing either! ha

Thanks for the pictures RiverShoes. I have floated that section of the Stones and now live in Texas where the bass are just as pretty, but the rivers are not.
Enjoy and appreciate what you have and thanks for sharing.
