It was a great competition this year. Yours truly took the big fish prize and the "Carp Masters Jacket," and Gary Gilpatrick amazed everybody with a record-breaking total weight of 359.29 pounds.
Anyone who fly fishes and didn't get in on the carp tourney really missed out. It's really a blast and the "banquet" at Fly South after the tourney is always a fun evening. Gilpatrick brought some of his award-winning homemade wine this year and it was unbelievable.
