Default Old Hick Dam

Went last night. The shad were scarce but happened upon about 20.
Every pass we hooked or lost fish. We ended up catching 4 rock fish and 6 channel cats. The biggest rock was around 8. Biggest cat around 10.
Skippies were nowhere to be seen. Rock fish were chasing shad in the boils. As it warms, the skippies will have to make an appearance. Skippies have always been the key to big rocks.

Merry casting

yes. shad. though still rather scarce. Odd but it has been an odd year for weather and water.
