Default East Fork Stones near Mona Ramp

Anyone been doing any fishing down there lately? Thinking about putting the canoe in there tomorrow.

Thanks!

I took my kayak up there on the 4th. It was the middle of the day so fishing was slow but there were so much bait schooled up you could have walked across the water. There has to be fish up there with it.

I've done a good bit of fishing down there. Once you get past all the bank fishing the fish get bigger. Little bit of everything down there.

Got the float in on Saturday as planned. Farley, you were exactly right about the bait being schooled up. I've never seen that many balls of baitfish together in my life. This was more of a fun trip for me and the wife so we were out there in the middle of the day, but I bet if you were there early in the morning you could do pretty well. I did manage a few bass by being in the right place at the right time as they were busting the schools of bait, so that was pretty fun.

The weather was beautiful and we had the place almost to ourselves.
