Fate Sanders house boat

Did anyone see the houseboat that was drug out of the water at fate sanders. when u pull in its sitting on the ground to the right. anyone konw the story on that what happened to it. i heard someone say it was sunk in the middle of the lake. i walked up and looked at it and it dont look horrible. anyone konw anything about it
