Default Anyone know who drives this boat?
Just wondering if the guy who drives a boat with a red hull and a huge white enclosure with a down rigger on it.. I see him all the time in my area in hermitage. If he's a friend of the forum I'd like to find out. Sorry if it sounds strange just wondering ... thanks guys!!

Billy Flatt (Nashville Fishing Charters) has a boat fitting that description. I talk to him occasionally at 7 Points ramp.
I can't remember if the hull is red.

It is Billy Flats boat. But I believe it’s his son running it now. I fish around him a lot.

That is Billy Flatt, professional guide on Priest...
Not real friendly to normal fishermen.
