Default replacing boat seats

I am going to replace or reupholster my boat seats. I contacted C and O and they said they could not help me with replacement. I have a 94 Bumble Bee 200 Pro Vee. I have been looking at the seats on www.bassboatseats.com I might get the high back buckets. I can't find any reviews on this company or seats. So I am wondering if anyone on here has any experience with these seats and dealt with the company?
The seats I currently have are made with a wood seat and I imagine the entire frame is wood. I am suspecting some rot after 27 years. Is there anyone you can recommend to have them reupholstered. Some of the wood might need to be replaced before being reupholstered. I have a small woodshop and can do the wood replacement if needed.
