Default Trailer Brakes issue

I have a single axle trailer on my 189trx. driver side brake is squeaking/moaning when i apply brakes. Anyone know a place near here that works on trailer brakes. Does it have to be a special trailer brake place or can any brake shop work on it. There's a place out in Franklin, i think Wallace, but it took them three weeks just to pick it up from my dealer the last time I had the same problem and here i am a year later with the same issue. Thanks guys.

Forgot I'm in Lavergne and the brakes are surge brakes.

I believe that any brake shop can work on it, if it is a pad/rotor issue (which is what it sounds like).
