Default Pheasant

Anybody hunt Pheasant?
I have a slot open for tomorrow morning hunt in North Sumner county if anyone is interested.

Are you hunting at GD Dennings place? Hunted and fished there a lot back from 1969-1973. My late brother worked there at one time. Was witness to a crop duster plane there that was sowing seed.....that's been a long time back. What I meant to say is I watched the crop duster crash throwing the planes engine about 100 feet from the plane....and the pilot walked away.

Ended up with 26 birds sore shoulders and incredible fellowship.

Just a note for future hunters, don't buy Box Marx shells...most of them didn't have shot in them.��

Man I grew up in South Dakota pheasant hunting. Been down here for 21 years and miss going back home to hunt. Didn’t know there was a pheasant farm that close.

Meadowbrook is a great place. Richard Denning runs a great operation. I typically go for just the quail and chukkar, they’re a blast with a .20 gauge.

Looks like the weather will be nice, I suggest you take your muck boots anyway as it has been wet. Great bunch of guys your going to have a great time.
