Default My new fishing partner

I know this isn't specific to fishing but we did have a conversation about protecting ourselves out here with crime increasing.

Yesterday there was a gun show at the expo in Lebanon and I went there with two things in mind. One was to find a magazine for my Interarms Star 45 (hard to find) and second was a Derringer. Well I scored.

Bond Arms have been around for a very long time, but have been very expensive $550 up to a grand just for a pocket pistol.

Well I found they have 2 models that are...

The Roughneck @ $269
https://www.bondarms.com/Roughneck-P8514.aspx

And the one I purchased

The Rowdy @ $299 .45 LC /.410

https://www.bondarms.com/Rowdy-P8515.aspx

I will say that I find the trigger a little stiff, but its a solid little gun with good safety features that nicely pits in your pocket unlike lets say the S&W 9mm Shield.

Another thing I like is all the caliber barrels are interchangeable starting at $130. So if I wanted, I could buy a replacement .45 acp or 9mm and it all designed to interchange with the frame with one screw.

I think everyone who likes guns and is patriotic needs to go the Knob Creek in KY. Just about every kind of military rifle is there going off. The SAWS are going off and it looks like you can walk across the tracers...Everyone needs to go once.
