Default Huge fish today

I caught a huge fish today on Percy Priest, couldnt believe it, middle of the day, over 75 FOW.
Who'd thunk it would hit a whopper plopper, trolled at 2.6 mph.
I was stunned and thrilled at the same time, albeit gloating, knowing SAMBOLIE and skizzle or skillet, whatever, had never, and WOULD NEVER, catch a fish that size in their miserable lives.
So, eat your miserable black hearts out, knowing you'll never be able to match this catch....EVER!

Merv, I am not surprised at a fish striking at anything. I am, however, surprised that it was your lure.

Note to Flatline. Pay no attention to Merv. Read my advice to you on your recent PB posting.
After fishing with Merv I can attest that the dinks that Merv calls large would embarrass a good fisherman who actually does catch big fish.

Merv has lied about length for so long that his wife thinks a dollar bill is 12 inches long.

I caught 10 this morning, all dink’s so no pics. All on 1/8oz. Buzzbait with rage bug trailer black & blue, 6:30-9:00 AM around shore grass in 2-3’ water. On a medium 7’ spinning rod and 20lb braid it was fun. I’ll say this though a stiff south wind on Old Hickory sucks and there is nowhere to hide.
